Go - and have fun !

Close to My Heart - Hope for Japan

HERE is where you want to go to see a beautiful stamp that was designed specifically for help for Japan. It is only $5 !!! When you see it, you are just going to have to have one - or two or more to pass on to friends. All the money from the sale of this stamp is going out as a donation for the people in crisis in Japan. The article will tell you more.

And if you do not have a CTMH consultant of your very own, PLEASE contact my Joani O !! She's my go-to gal for all things CTMH. Click on the CTMH blinkie at the top of my blog, and that will take you to her "store". I think Joani would like it, I know you will love the stamp, and the best part is you are doing good where they desperately need it. I'm ordering mine on Saturday when we have Cards and Coffee.

HURRY IF YOU HAVE A HOBBY LOBBY NEARBY !! And Other good sales...

I was in mine today, and they had 50% of ALL clear and wood handled stamps. That includes the Tim Holtz stamps, which are normally $14.99. They also have all paper packs at 50% off, which includes Tim's fabulous scrap pads which are $14.99, and come in 3 different colors. They are marvelous. I scooped up 2 stamp sets and 1 scrap pad.

My Tuesday Morning has the Zutter Bind It All for $49.99 - it's a starter kit, and they also had Owires and wire snips for $2.99 which are normally $5.99. Not every store has the same thing, so it's kind of hit and miss on what you find, but I always stop by mine when I am in town, I've been able to pick up alot of things just by luck alone.

Joann's has it's continual sale on DCWV stacks, it seems like they're always 40% or more off. They also have Cricut carts for $39.99, and I used my 40% off coupon for a $14.99 magazine that was filled with sentiments for the inside of cards. Can't remember the name right now, will post it when I look at it again.

HOT HOT HOT ! (and Hurry !)

Crafty Steals  - is celebrating their new vendor today -- IMAGINISCE ! Go check this out and get your comment in right away - a huge iRock prize pack. You do not want to miss this !! The winner will be chosen on Wednesday morning. They also have some Imaginisce on their steal of the day, so check it out too ! Crafty steals comes up with really low prices for items you know you have to have !

Monday, Monday {and another WIN}

Woke up early this morning and checked FB, to find that I won the Maya Road 11,000 followers ribbon prize ! If you have seen the picture on MR's FB page, it's a BIG pile of ribbon - I can't wait to see exactly what it is ! I feel a little guilty, because I'm not sure I ever posted it for you guys, but if you follow companies on FB, their giveaways show up in your newsfeed too.

I have NO secret weapon to winning - I just make sure I read all the rules, if any, and enter whatever I like. So much of it is random picking anyway. I will rarely enter something that requires more than 2 steps. One thing I've seen from Stamp TV and a couple other companies is that they have you like the post on FB, and they pick from there, or, my favorite, they do a random pick from their fan base, and you do nothing at all. One day, I will post all the things I have won since I started the blog. I'm sure you're tired of reading, so ... here we go !

Moxie Fab World - DimeStore Vogue

Olive Garden - daily entry - trip to Italy

philosophy - daily entry - chance for daily win, plus grand prize of philosophy products

fave crafts - daily entry - Grand Calibur

imaginisce - short hop for iRock prize

Spellbinders - Bunny Hop - 2 prizes a day for 5 days

Finally Friday

It's been one heck of a week. Not alot of sleep, no energy, the only thing I accomplished was driving 125 miles to pick up my new glasses. AND I made it to a couple of craft stores, and still came home with money in my pocket !

Picked up a few things for blog candy too.....

Coffee and Cards at the Java Hut tomorrow - really cute - AGAIN ! I just love getting together with the girls - we have the best time, and we make beautiful cards.

My mother went to the humane society and brought home the cutest little all black kitty - her name is DC, and from the moment she came in, this was HER home, which really depressed Mom's dog, and my cats are none too happy either. DC is a hoot - into everything, goes everywhere, even uses her box like a good girl -

So anyway, I am back, and hope to get back to some sort of normal. What have you been doing ?

Goodnight !

Again, not much except the cricut.MCT/SCAL debate. I've never heard such angry people in my life - and I just don't want to get into a big fuss about it, so I am choosing to stay out of it.

Changing weather the last few days has left me in bed, but tomorrow I'm going to pick up my new glasses, and will get a few new craft things. I recently got my hands on the original Cricut Personal Cutter, and I need a couple of cartridges, anybody care to recommend a good cartridge, or the best place to buy them ?

I suppose I had better pick up a few more things for blog candy - 25 is not that far away !

Talk to you tomorrow night or Wednesday. Leave me some comments !

Sorry Sunday

One suggestion : before you go to enter a giveaway, create yourself a new email address, and use that address only for giveaways. I'd also suggest you sign up for newsletters, like them on FB, and follow the websites. On your email, you can create folders and filters to shift all email from one place into its own folder.
